Mission

The Digital Humanities Initiative (DHI) supports innovative teaching, student-centered research, and public-facing scholarship in the humanities through the thoughtful application of digital tools and methods. 

The DHI serves as a pedagogically driven and publicly engaged hub that brings together faculty, students, and librarians interested in the digital humanities. Through workshops, consultations, collaborative projects, and professional development opportunities, we help members of the Baylor community use digital approaches to enrich teaching, expand research, and connect scholarly work with broader audiences.
